We went out to see some apartments for rent today. Because I only had 2- month chance live in dormitory of company, and the rest colleague would come here in next month. We had to remove out before them came here.
The location of apartments was in Punggol(榜鹅) community, the last station(NE17) in NE MRT subway, near northeast of Singapore, close to the Malaysia. When we arrived at Punggol, we found we had to get there by LRT City-Train. It’s too interesting that the Punggol LRT system run deasil before 3pm, and widdershins after 3pm. Therefore, when we went out to work in the morning, we could only take the only one station in LRT system, and when went home off work in the afternoon, we also take the only one. The name of LRT station was Cove.
We saw 2 apartments in the afternoon. The costs of one are S$ 2,200 monthly, and the others costs S$2,000. Obviously, we liked more the cheaper one. If we agreed to any apartment, we had to pay the earnest to the agency, a month rent. And the agency could get the 50% of the one month rent when the rent contract was signed.
According the experience from WH and WSP, the cheaper apartment was very good in Singapore. The rent was not high in Singapore, because the Punggol was not in centre of city. After our short discussion, we decided to rent it.
This afternoon we walked around the community, and found a fresh market and small mall in Punggol Plaza. It’s the first time to taste durian, the king of fruits, which savored olid but tasted well. I recalled that 2 years ago I did not decide to eat durian in Guangzhou, today I got it.
When we dealt with anything, it was 5pm clock. We went back to Chinatown by agency’s car. And then we came back to our dormitory. WH and I went to the playground Toa Payoh to jog. We jogged along the runway for 10 cycles and felt energy. I planed to persevere in practising my body to lose weight and keep figure.
